In the spring of 2017, Copcan was the successful tenderer for the construction of the Meade Creek Recycling Facility, near Lake Cowichan. Understanding that the owner had limited funds for the project to proceed, Copcan has proven to be proactive and worked with the CVRD to maintain its budget, by providing cost saving options along the way.
