Snaw-Naw-As Boat Launch

The construction of a new boat launch and associated uplands works located on Mallard Way within the Nanoose First Nation and Lantzville, BC.  The works generally included:

  • Construction of an approximately 70m long, 2-lane Boat Launch with precast concrete ramp planks
  • Construction of a concrete abutment
  • Installation of 4 steel piles to allow for future boarding floated installation.
  • Construction of Wave Protection System and associated riprap installation
  • Construction of boat launch approach road
  • Traffic line painting
